Refunds

If there has been any damage to the product in transport, please contact us immediately and we will replace or refund the item where applicable.

All notification of damage must be within 7 days of receipt of goods.

POSTAGE

Cost of Postage varies.  This is a quick guide.

UK mainland postage starts at:

£3.50 for up to 800g.

Parcels 800g -10kg range from £5.50-£8.00 and sent via the Post Office.

The medium cabinets cost £18 for next day Courier delivery between 9am -5pm

The large cabinet costs £25 for next day Courier delivery between 9am -5pm

The Channel Islands have a different postal rate.  Please contact me for delivery thank you.

Cabinets are sent to Europe and Ireland using UPS Courier service at a cost of approx £30.  The prices may vary as they are subject to VAT and Fuel Surcharge.

For my American Customers:

Medium cabinet costs approx £90 to send Fed Ex next day 

Large cabinet £110 Fed Ex next day,
