Delivery Terms & Conditions

I have recently renogtiated my courier to allow for cheaper postage for all UK orders.

Any parcels between 1-8kg will have a maximum postage of £4.50 The only down side of this is that it will take between 3-5 working days.  If you need urgent delivery please call me and for the excess fee I will arrange it for you.

Cabinet prices are still between £10-£20 partly due to the fact that in order to get them to you in a safe and perfect condition I have spent a great deal of time working out the correct packaging for the items and the most reliable courier for the job.

Due to the semi-bespoke nature of the cabinets there is usually a 2 week delivery period. When the item is ready it will be sent by 24 hour courier.

Making a Purchase

This could not be easier. Just browse our online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Credit Cards

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds or your own currency.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and AMEX.   You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.  If you have problems with the online payment please do email me and I will take the payment by phone.

Shipping and Handling Most orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days , the cabinets however are painted to order and can take up to 6 weeks.

TAXES:

Ella's Kitchen Company is not liable for any taxes outside the UK. 

Any taxes due for payment on delivery of goods must be paid for by the recipient. If taxes remain unpaid, the goods will be returned to sender i.e. Ella's Kitchen Company. Any costs incrued will be paid for by the customer.

VAT

From 1st February, Ella's Kitchen Company Ltd will become VAT registered.

GUARANTEE:

If the product has been damage in any way please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will refund or exchange the goods.

PRICE INCREASES:      

Ella's Kitchen Company Ltd has recently registered for VAT.  As a result of this, there have been a few necessary price increases.  Feb 2010
