Delivery Terms & Conditions

Online and Telephone orders of small stock will be within 3-5 days unless notified by First Class Mail.

The price of delivery varies.  Most of the small products such as the individual cafetieres will cost £3.50

However any heavier items such as the large board, large cafetiere and the Box for Stuff is more expensive to send and so will cost between £5.00 -£6.50

Large orders will cost £8.50 and the cabinets up to £22.

These are all prices relevant for UK mainland.   I hope this helps and please email me if you would like more exact prices.

The cabinets are painted for each order and delivery can between 4-6 weeks.

Making a Purchase

This could not be easier. Just browse our online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Credit Cards

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds or your own currency.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and AMEX.   You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.  If you have problems with the online payment please do email me and I will take the payment by phone.

Shipping and Handling Most orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days , the cabinets however are painted to order and can take up to 6 weeks.

TAXES:

Ella's Kitchen Company is not liable for any taxes outside the UK.  Any taxes due for payment on delivery of goods must be paid for by the recipient. If taxes remain unpaid, the goods will be returned to sender i.e. Ella's Kitchen Company. Any costs incrued will be paid for by the customer.

GUARANTEE:

If the product has been damage in any way please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will refund or exchange the goods.

PRICE INCREASES:      

Due to the increased price of raw materials there have been some unavoidable price increases lately.  I keep these at a minimum and hope that the fact that I continue to have the majority of my designs made in England will compensate for this.  June 2008
